Ingredients
3 large eggs
180 ml milk
120 ml vegetable or canola oil
3/4 tsp salt
200 gr flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Optional topping;
60 gr black olives, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dill, chopped
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
100 gr feta cheese, crumbled
Everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F. Prepare a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil. Shift salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix to combine. Add desired toppings, such as black olives, dill, parsley, and feta.
3. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of the batter.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Leave the loaf to cool. Enjoy!
