It's finally Friday!!! This week felt way longer than it actually is and I am ready to jump into the weekend. What better way to start the weekend with a cold Salted Caramel Milkshake!
Makes 2
Ingredients
200 ml heavy cream, cold
200 gr Salted Caramel Ice Cream
40 gr Salted Caramel Sauce
160 ml whole milk, cold
Instructions
1. Chill 2 milkshake cups in the freezer.
2. Whip the cream to medium peaks with a hand mixer or with a whisk. Transfer into a piping bag with the desired tip. Store it in the freezer.
3. Place ice cream, 20 gr of caramel sauce, and milk into an immersion blender cup. Blend until a smooth texture is achieved. Alternatively, mix the ingredients in a blender.
4. Pour the milkshake into the chilled cups. Pipe the whipped cream and top with the remaining caramel sauce. Enjoy!
